Mobile Status setting in config panel (Syclo - MRS status mapping)

Hi All,

I am following the Note 0002014454_Syclo Integration with MRS and trying to map the Mobile Status in the config panel.

In the Note, the attachment shows how the user status and status type is mapped

When I compared, in my system I could find the status_attribute 1 . which is highlighted in Yellow in the above image.

Can anyone please tell me Is there any configuration missing in my system?

Hi All,

I am working on SMP 3.0 and Service Manager 4.1 application.  My requirement is to integrate the MRS with Syclo.

I followed the CRMSM41_configuration guide for doing the necessary configuration.

Then I followed the SAP Note - 0002014454 which details the steps for Syclo - MRS integration.

I am facing an issue here . which I have described in the question.

If anyone is aware of Syclo - MRS integration please advise.
