Control User/ Users Access on attachment link (in system L drive) through GUI

Hello Experts,

Fortunately, I came to know about GUI security control settings. I want to ask that if I have created an attachment link (link document is in some shared drive) in Purchase Requisition then can I control its access to users for its read,write,execute contexts? To what extent I can control the access through GUI?
