Hello Experts,

I am working on PI 7.1 and PI 7.4 , facing the issue  while monitoring the messages in RWB.

1)In PI 7.4,when i give last week or this month under message monitor in Adapter engine for any interface ,only the latest messages(ie today and yesterdays message)are visible.

2)IN P 7.1,in the  Adapter engine only the error messages are visible.

i have checked the Background processing of Adapter engine ,

Delete Job,Recover Job is active,

Default version of Archive job is inactive

Please suggest  what kind of action i need to take.

Regards,

Kalpana.

Hi,

You can increase the retention period in the below path:

NWA --> Infrastructure --> Java System Properties --> Service Tab

Thanks,

Hello Kalpana ,

You can increase the retention period of message deletion easily from the job itself.

Go to NWA -> SOA-> Monitoring-> Process jobs

Based upon the number of rentetion days the message will be avaiable in MONI.

Hope this helps.

Thanks

Hi,

By default, the message retention period would be 1 day. So all the successful messages would be deleted/archived.

The messages will be available if you increase the retention period and restart the system.

Thanks,

Kanda
