Hi,
Given:
PEM-certificate issued by the company (a lot of different services), the private-key to it.
What is needed:
Push it into the ABAP and JAVA, so that when an appeal was heard as a certificate from a trusted source.

How to do it?

I'm not sure what you mean. Are you looking to import a certificate into your ABAP and Java systems? Please try make it a bit clearer exactly what you are trying to do.
