open alerts and current status

hi all,

i am very new to netweaver. I have installed the Netweaver WAS for java and when i run the engine from SAP MMC and all nodes turn green after that the lightning bolts in front of the current status and open alerts turn red.

When i expand all it , there are two entries in red

1. f36 30serv -> services -> jmx adapter -> ObjectNameCache -> MaxEntries

2. f36 30serv -> services -> jmx adapter -> ObjectNameCache -> ReplacedEntries

their description says 2000 and 4487 respectively what does this mean?

also there are lot of bolts that are "off" ie neither green nor red is this right?

Hi,

You can ignore the monitors for the "jmx adapter". There are red because of miss configuration.
