MOPZ dump after SOLMAN 7.1 Patch upgrade from sp10 to sp12 is done

Hi ALL,

Recently we have done patch upgrade of SOLMAN7.1 from SP10 to SP12.

When I am trying to run Maintenance Optimizer  , I am getting an error as below.

500 SAP Internal Server Error

ERROR: Access via 'NULL' object reference not possible. (termination: RABAX_STATE)

Kindly let me know what will be the solution for this and if any Note exists for resolving the same.

Hi All,

Want to keep you posted that, this error is appearing only for one particular transaction in MOPZ.

Actually this was created simultaneously when I was implementing note in System Preparation.

I am able to create new MOPZ transaction

generally most of the issue solved once the Basis functionality note inplemented during system preparation step.

Hi,

Have a look at 1940845 - MOpz: enhancement to support new backend services

The issue which I can see is for a maintenance transaction not supporting not new method introduced in SP12.

You can check this with SAP

Hi All,

Now we are facing issue when doing confirm selection step.

(An exception with the type CX_SY_MOVE_CAST_ERROR occurred, but was neither handled locally, nor declared in a RAISING clause)

Thanks for the reply.

However, a full dump and the error you are getting on screen with full text may be more helpful in getting out some useful suggestions.

Also, what I can see the program name and exception, nothing more.

And since you are working on latest SP12, you can always check with SAP support.

Please check the below note,

2034375 - Dump: Syntax error in program "SAPLAGS_MOPZ_PLAN_BASE"

May be the class Cl_MO_* or CL_MO_SMP_ADAPTER is inactive . please check and activate the same as per the above note.
