I cant find created SC

I experts

i created a Sc in nwbc and i approved it and follow on doc created in backend BUT i document list i cant see the SC but when i search the number of sc i can find it whats the problem? can anyone let me know whether we can solve it?

Hello elham abdi ,

     Regarding finding the SC with normal search check the same check box , by click on the button "Show quick Criteria Maintenance"  you will able to find that option again and once checked search it again .
