SAP JIT Inbound - The external status change you requested is not planned

Hi All,

I am getting an error as "The external status change you requested is not planned" while creating JIT call in JIT inbound.

I have configured actions and external status.

What would be the problem??

Can you tell us, how did you solve this please, we are facing the same issue

Share the screen shot what exactly you were trying to keying in with which tcode, during which, system was popping up this error.  Though you have confirmed that you have configured, it is not enough to understand your issue.  Detail what you have configured with screen shot.
