ATP Confirmed Quantity

Hi All,

We have a scenario with ATP and need your help to resolve it.

We have stock of 10 PCs in a storage location. An order is taken for 8 PCs and is confirmed for that order. However, I can still transfer 10 PCs from one storage location to another even after it is reserved for that order. Also, I can create a return PO for the same 10 PCs although, it is confirmed for the order.

Any idea how to stop this from happening?

Can you elaborate on how you are doing this? Which transaction are you using? Which movement type? Presumably, there is no availability check hapening when you are doing this step so we need to know exactly what you are doing.

Go to OVZ9--T.code --Activate check box Include sales req

System controls that 10 Qnty Belong to only that Sales order only

We have that already flagged and hence it is reserving the 8 PCs for the order.

Is there anything else I could be missing?

could you please share that screen Of OVZ9

And CO09 Screen also, Because You can see the stock exactly in CO09 Not in MD04

check RLT Check box is activated or not ?

And check any availability check is maintained at Delivery level only

And Check availability check activated in VOV6 ,,And check Checking group --Collective Group maintained or not in MMR

please check your settings in OMCP for movements- goods trasfer e.t.c..

also OMCM for purchasing
