Request for Change Scope (sequence of change categories) - ChaRM

Hi

We are using ZMMJ (we call this Change Doc TOC) and ZMHF (we call this Emergency Change) in CRM Web Client UI.

Is there a way to determine which change category appears first? I want Change Document (ZMMJ) to appear BEFORE Emergency (ZMHF).

I'm assuming Emergency is appearing first because H comes before M in the alphabet (ZMHF and ZMMJ)??

Hi Shaun,

Go to

SAP Solution Manager Implementation Guide

-> SAP Solution Manager

-> Capabilities (Optional)

-> Change Management

-> Standard Configuration

-> Change Request Management Framework

-> Make Settings for Change Transaction Types

-> select ZMCR (e.g.) and navigate to Copy Control Rules

-> change the order in row and check it. ( like insert the ZMMJ first and second ZMHF)

I am not tested it. plz try it.

I had already tried this

This automatically sorts by alphabetical order. So even if you insert ZMCR > ZMHF after ZMCR > ZMMJ, the ZMHF still appears before ZMMJ (because H is before M).

I'm assuming this is the issue but doesn't look like I can do anything to fix this.
