hi gurus,can you people guide me on which areas the support consultant should be stong ,if we want to put support projects in the resume.

kindly help me out on this.

u should be strong interms of process management ,business process mapping,interaction with client,timebound service,team flexibility ,integrated knowledge with other modules .

In support, you should have knowledge of basic process & also configuration. Once the issue is logged by client, we may require to do configuration change or it may be process flaw or masterdata wrongly maintained.

It is a great learning, as the issue may be of varied nature.
