How to close the Change Request all at once?

Hello,

Please let me know if it possible to close all the Change request all at once,for Example:we have 50 cr which required to close all and each Cr is taking 30sec to 50 sec is there any way to close all at once?

have you checked below note

2036274 - ChaRM: CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT does not work if predecessor is already closed

Make sure you have the necessary authorization to close a ticket or change status

Please let me know if i need to give any inputs in the report?As i just putting the cr in the  :"status update for change transaction -Components" and executing the report and my Cr status is "successfully tested" and trs moved to production.

Will it work for 7.1?

Hi Neni,

It works for 7.1 for sure....even you can cross verify their validity by checking the SAP notes shared.

Yes you need to give inputs and can run in simulation or do a test run if required

this is a standard utility offered by SAP for this requirement

Hi Neni,

are you facing any error, kindly provide the CR no. and press execute in simulation mode.

if it doesn't throw an error remove the tick for Test/simulation mode and then press execute.

Hi Neni,

check the below tick"List output only(no update)"...or TEST mode

if you select this then execution will not make any changes but if remove this tick then status will be changed

1800300 - ChaRM: CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT does not work

the performance one(1691698) should fix the issue but if not working you can raise OSS so that SAP can check it.
