QM Notification

Hi Guys

When creating QM complaint notifications we get the following error messages when trying to use the follow-up options in the action box.

Create return delivery

Error message Could not create return delivery

Message no. QM153 - MM Mvt 122 works via MIGO

Data for creating a delivery is incomplete (Customer)

Message no. M7279

IM Blocked>Unrestricted

Storage type MKX not suitable as an interface (SU management is active)

Message no. L9042 - WM managed location how can you transacted material from here?

Again works via MIGO mvt 343

Hi Paul, Can you please check the FM associated with this notification type action box in QCC0 under quality notifications?

From the message it seems that it is trying to execute 122 movement directly and the storage locations from where this is being executed is warehouse managed. As several processes need to be carried out for WM managed locations e.g. TO creation, and which are not possible through notification with your current setting, you might be getting this error.

I think the FM should create only return delivery and material movement should be performed through MIGO against that delivery. Hope so!

Hello,

For transfer posting through notification action box for WM managed materials you need to use user exit, so that after TO, system will move to notification and executes the transfer posting FM where WM managed material posted from desired location to require one. This is complete customization. You need technical help.
