Fiori Approve Leave Requests

Hi,

I try to implememt Fiori Approve Leave Requests. And when obe leave request was created there is two requests in the Approve Leave Requests App

When I approve one - both are dissapiared. The problem is request doubles.

I would appreciate any suggestions.

Hi Olga,

Please check workflow inbox in SAPGUI. If it is same behavior with Fiori, the root cause is not in Fiori side. Probably 2 workflow templates are activated.

Please check Gateway oData Service and run that independently and see what is being returned from ECC. if there are 2 entries being returned then you need to investigate that starting from ECC to GW Service. Please check what is being returned from your GW service that invokes the SAP ECC backend module with the same  user that u used in Fiori App.

Pls share your findings.

What was wrong system alias setting and what is correct setting.

Hi Masa,

Sure you are right.

Actually, I've rechecked Odata services and there were two system Aliases (which have RFC to the same backend - I've created one of it and another one was made before). So I removed one of this and now have only one System Aliases and it works properly.
