How to Restrict F4 selection value based on role

I have approx 10 company code in the system and based on the specific role, i want to restrict the F4 selection values to the end user.

e.g

Company Code	User 1
1100	User 1
1200	User 1
1300	User 2
1400	User 3
1500	User 4
1600	User 5

The role which we have created can restrict the control on the data based on the company code, but they are able to view all these company, we want to know how can we restrict these based on role across the entire ecc 6.0

Hi Amit,

You need to use more values than company code to restrict users.

Ex  for VF01 you need to restrict using Sales org

This was just an example, I want to know whether through a role or through some other way can we restrict the selection view of a F4 specific to that user without doing any development into the system or say a minor development which can be user role based.
