Activate Sending Alerts to SAP

Hello SAP,

I need this step, how to?

3. Please activate Sending Alerts to SAP to getassistance and recommendations from SAP Service Delivery.
You can activate Sending Alerts to SAP by going to the Work Center System Monitoring Setup. Activate for all Solutions.
In case of critical findings, SAP will contact you to discuss issue resolution and follow-up activities

Hi Victor,

It is normal EWA configuration, only thing is select the below option shown in the red box during EWA activation

Also check SDCC_OSS rfc is working fine.

My solution manager is 7.1 I dont see the System Monitoring.

then it seems you are not authorized as they wrote here in prerequisites: System Monitoring Work Center - SAP Solution Manager - SAP Library

Hi Vicot,

Go to solman_work center -> check the system monitoring workcenter, if not there assign the below role and check it.

SAP_SMWORK_SYS_MON

SAP_SMWORK_BASIC_SYSMON

Hi Victor,

If you have performed Managed System Configuration and have marked for EWA.

Then goto solman_workcenter --System Monitoring tab -- Reports -- select the solution.

If you can' see this workcenter - add SAP_SMWORK_SYS_MON and SAP_SMWORK_SYS_MON_SPC roles and oher SAP_SMWORK* roles.

Hi Victor,

check your screen at end you have drop down it showing system monitoring( from last 2nd). select them.

Hi Victor,

click the setup in left side -> select the single solution it will shoe the option., but you have chooses report.
