Hello experts,
We're researching to see if we can achieve the following scenario whilst utilizing the standard SAP configuration and delivery due list (VL10) for sales orders:
We are attempting to tinker with our delivery complete settings so that while maintaining the delivery complete indicator, preventing any delivery from dropping until all items are ready to drop, the delivery due list will still create the deliveries (assuming it cannot be in one due to multiple plants) without error. Throughout our testing thus far, we have found that VL10 will not create any delivery with the delivery complete indicator set. It breaks on the different locations, and because it cannot complete everything for the order it does not save the delivery document(s). If we remove the delivery complete indicator, the delivery due list drops both line items as individual deliveries. The problem with that is we lose the control to where the order only drops once everything is available.
Any suggestions? Appreciate any feedback!
Hi Kelby,
did you try to use partial delivery indicator VBAP-KZTLF=C at sales order line item level?
Regards.

Hi George,
We have tried both combinations with that:
This yielded the split on shipping points as the header flag (delivery complete) forced the delivery due list to attempt creating the deliveries as one.
This allowed the delivery due list to drop the delivery on the line item which was entirely ready prior to the second line item which was not yet ready. We still want to keep the manipulation of nothing to drop until everything is ready, which we still have not yet achieved.
