Error While Accessing PI components

Hi All,

i am unable to access PI components .Getting the below error.

Application Error:"Unable to Launch the application" .

Check your JRE version , is it compatible with your PI version ? BTW , what's ur PI version ?

Hi Vidya,

Go to control panel,open java control panel -> General -> View -> Java Cache Viewer and delete the application for ESR and ID and try to open again from http://<host>:<port>/dir
