Yes Number ranges are missing for /SYCLO/C_2  object.  go to SNRO and maintain number ranges for /SYCLO/C_2  object with intervals 03 and 04.

Thanks Manju,

I shall maintain this in SNRO. However could you please explain me  that how do we decide which interval/range we have to maintain in Service Manager 4.1 and also whats the use of this?

Thanks

Neha,

Usually product configuration manual highlights required number range settings. Number range objects are used for logging, push scenario's and to capture statistics.
