I have seen another post on this topic - it does not seem to apply in my case. (Of course, I might be wrong about that...)
Environment: SM 7.1 SP11
Triggered by: Configuration of Technical monitoring, step 2.1, which is really Step 1.
The Solution Manager Self-Check shows:
Success: Infocube 0SMD_CA02 is active
And 21 others are not.
Error: BI Infocube 0SMD_PE2H is not active.
Action : Activate Infocube through the BI Administration transaction RSA1
Check Context : CCMS BI Setup | CCMS BI SETUP |SYSTEM=SOLMAN
In SM37, I can see that CCMS_BI_SETUP has run multiple times, failing twice and succeeding twice.
As instructed by Basic Config step 4 "Activate BW Source System": In RSA1, I have done the right-click the logical system and Activate step.
In RSA1, I cannot find the info cubes, which therefore raises two questions:
- Why were they not activated by the System Prep/Basic Config actions
- How do I activate them manually (I cannot find them at all in RSA1, but I know sod-all about BW, except that it is no longer called BW.)
So, my heroes, what else should I do to get this going?
