Partner functions WebUI Solman

Hi experts,

I'm using Solman 7.1 in Incident Management and I've got a strange problem in using partner functions.

I used SLFN0002 and created a copy of it ZLFN0002. Then I added both in the WebGUI under "details". And here is my problem:

• when I fill the field SLFN0002 the business partner appears in both fields. But in bock "business partner" only SLFN0002 is filled.
• when I then delete the field (under details) ZLFN0002. SLFN0002 is deleted too.
• when I fill field ZLFN0002 the business partner doesn't appear in the field (but under business partner block)

It seems like an linking error. But I don't know where to find this.

Does somebody has an idea how to solve that issue?

Hi,

I checked the recommended note --> didn't solve the problem.

I read the block - for me everything seems to be ok.

I used these numbers in the WebUI.

Any idea how to fix this issue. (Other partner functions work fine)

Hi Christina,

May be the issue is Relationship category column for SLFN0002 & ZLFN0002. set the different category in each partner - Relationship category column( shown above screen) and try it.
