Hi Experts -
During LM02, we have the verification profiles set up and are working accordingly. When the destination Bin is scanned, F1 is highlighted, press enter and the TO is confirmed.
We would like to make a change to this process. When the destination bin is scanned the TO is saved automatically. This removes the user having to touch the RF device.
Is this standard or custom?
Many thanks,
G
Hi Gary,
The request which you are asking is termed as "Cursor control on RF"
You want system to accept auto enter the moment you scan the destination bin system should automatically send the "Enter". This setting is available with the RF device you need to check the RF device setting or take the help from the vendor who supplied the RF
for an example you can check the solution provided in below message how to set up auto enter for Intermac device, similarly you need to check which device you are using and accordingly change the setting
CK3: How to do an auto enter or Carriage Return after each scan

Auto-ENTER is one part of the problem, and most of the devices/software have the option, industrial browsers (or IE + Data Wedge).
In addition to that, it is required to simulate F1 on screen 2022.
What I would suggest - is to edit the GUI-STATUS settings for the screen 2022 of program SAPLLMOB. You can do this in SE80 t-code.
That's quick and easy, just set it up so that hitting ENTER performs the same as hitting F1.
It's quite easy and straight forward.
In this way, LM02 will work as following (you still need auto-ENTER on your RF device):
1) Initial screen - scan the storage unit number (auto-ENTER moves you to screen 2022 automatically)
2) Confirmation screen - scan the storage bin (auto-enter = auto F1 - confirms the transaction and moves you to screen 2000 for new SU confirmation)
So basically, you will only need to scan SU number, no ENTER required if you have auto-ENTER on RF set-up.
Then scan storage bin (if required), and auto-ENTER will perform F1 as well (prerequisite to set-up in SE80).
