Hi,

We are getting "Failure - Unable to start App" and "Service SRA001_PCAPPROVAL failed. Contact your system administrator" error.

we have already activated the service and assigned the required role to User.

Hello Trilochan,

Please test the OData in the transaction /iwfnd/gw_client.

It says service is not found. I think you have not activated the OData service or the system alias definition is wrong. Please check.

Hi Masa,

we are able to see these services:

but we are not able to find service SRA001_PCAPPROVAL in

Activate and Maintain services (/IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE) .

Could you please guide us how we can get those Odate services for application ,what are the activities we have to perform.

Hi Trilochan,

So the root cause is you have not activated the OData service. The error message "service not found" is the correct error. Please activate the OData service.

Probably you have not installed SRA001 OData add-on in backend or your system alias definition is wrong.

In Backend System we are able to see those OData services,But in gateway system We are not to see them.

The system alias definition is incorrect. Remove the check flag.

Hi Masa,

When i am removing the check i am able to see the services in gateway system,but now we are getting Unable to load groups error.
