A ROW WITH SAME NAME ALREADY EXIST in smq2 of APO SYSTEM

Hi gurus,

Due to some issue we moved one entry to smq3 and we just refreshed and restarted that entry from moni and it in status manual restart possible so when we come back to smq2 and we try to reprocessing it is saying that "A ROW WITH SAME NAME ALREADY EXIST " we are getting this issue can u any body help me on this.statu is sysfail we are unable to reprocee .

Plz help me on this.

I guess the error is because you already have one entry in SMQ3 for the same message.

Hi Madhu,

I think same set of data already exists in the APO system(not really sure). Please check with the concerned team and let us know. So, experts can help you out.
