Dump in Solution manager for the transactions Solman_workcenter and SM_Workcenter

Hi All,

Getting the Dump in Solution manager for only to the transactions Solman_workcenter and SM_Workcenter .

plz suggest the same

you can change your browser it may work

shutdown the system kill all process start the system

look all sicf services are active

Hi,

It was observed that these are working fine for few user id's and not working for few id's.

We tried the same the erro user id in the users system from where it is executing successfully but there also getting the same Dump.

Check all user are with same os and os patch check java version for all user it get stuck in java

check event viewer logs there u can exact thing where u are getting stuck....

Checked all the mentioned notes. But these are not relevant to the dump which iam getting.

and System is under version : 710 SP Level 10

We checked the note but the given note dump and the dump which we are getting are different.

Syntax error in program "/1BCWDY/0O2TLUIMJ6KM2OLDY7NO==CP " -- Which we are getting

From the information that is provided above,

there a message for change in include

 The include has been created and last changed by:
     Created by: "AVVENKAT "
     Last changed by: "CHNATARA "

Did some one made changes ? was the workcenter working before ?

If possible, ask user to revert back changes.
