Optional prompt not working in IDT

Hello All,

Had any one tried creating optional prompt at universe level?.

I have created a object jobselection in my universe(unx) and made prompt as optional, trying to using it at report level but it's not working.

Version of BO is 4.1 SP2.

DB: Oracle 11G.

Object formula: Select Clause: JoBID

                       Where Clause: JoBID In @Prompt('Enter job desc','A','Jobs\JobID',Multi,Constrained,Optional)
