Incident Number Missing

Hi Experts,

I recently came into an issue that I checked the NC Log Report and found out the incident number is missing in some primary NC record(the field is marked mandatory in the NC Data Type and a next number is generated every time). 

Had anyone came into the same scenario before that the field is missing or for some reason it turned to "optional" for some NC Log events?   Or if there is any other field that can be referred as a unique indicator for one NC Log record other than the incident number?

Hi Johnny,

I have not noticed such issue, but the behavior of Incident Number is controlled by NC Client setup. So, if you used different NC Clients with different settings of "Incident  Number" option on the Main tab, you might get such result.
