Workflow

Hello guys,

I have workflow configured to trigger in 'Record Update' and it works fine.

I have portal configured to save data to MDM.

However, while I update a record via portal, the workflow isn't triggered at all.

Do I have to do any setting or configuration in the portal to have the MDM workflow to be triggered once I saved the data via portal.

Hope you will get some answer. I think this is a bug & we will have this functionality in SP05.

Thanks Yogesh, But I suppose in SP04 we have this functionality where the MDM workflow is triggered when a record is updated from portal. This is my understanding.

Now while I save the data, getting an error message "RC_CM_USEDINWORKFLOW -5492224".

Any ideas or thoughts as to what could be the reason.
