Issue of Resource Bag Not Found for Fiori Track Sales Order App

Dear Experts

Currently I have an issue with the Fiori Track Sales Order App. When ever the App is launched from the Fiori Launchpad, it throws an error

/sap/opu/odata/UI2/PAGE_BUILDER_PERS/Bags(pageId='%2FUI2%2FPERSONALIZATION',id='sap.ushell.personalization%23SRA018_SD_SO_MON')?$expand=Properties": HTTP request failed Details: Resource Bag not found.

I have already applied the note # 2001239, but the problem still exists.


We are at SAP_UI SP09, SAP_GWFND SP07

Hi Sandip,

Does it occur only for the Tack Sales Order Apps? or You also get the error for other apps.

This happens only for the Track Sales Order, My leave Request is fine.

The note # 200123 has already been applied.

Hi Sandip,

The last option is debugging. You can set external break points in the method of OData service PAGE_BUILDER_PERS.

I did some troubleshooting, this is what I observe

1) From GW_CLIENT

2) Error_log


3) Application Log


Does this error say anything??

So, looks like there is some problem with the SIMGH config for Sales Order, this is what I have maintained currently

I still have the error with the App.

Make sure the SPRO customizing is manitained correctly. and also the user is linked to a customer via a correct partner function.

we had issue with the Partner function, there were no customers assigned to the user. once we used a different partner function( i think ZM) , the app worked..
