ITS Mobile redirect in different client

Hi Friends,

The logoff button is re-directed to log on screen. Here my problem is. In quality system, we are haveing 4 clients. If we logoff the screen in client in 420 it automatically redirectred to client 400. All the clients logoff is redirected to client 400. the client 400 is not set as default.

The redirected link is:  /sap/public/bc/icf/logoff?redirectURL=/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/itsmobile

Hello,

I had the same issue. The thing is when we execute the log off, we HAVE TO clear the user session cookies as otherwise, it stores the user information and when we go into the link again, it directly logs us in. So, when we clear the session, we even clear the client information and hence, it changes back to 400.

I am waiting for a solution on this one too.
