sap web gui logon not work

Hey, everyone,

       When I test APPL_SOAP_MANAGEMENT service using IE8, logon page shows up, but after I enter the user name and pass and logon, the page just flash by. I'm still at the logon page. Can anyone suggest?

1.Have you check the "Compatibility view Settings"?

2. Kindly refer the SAP Note 1857366 - No Switch to HTTPS occurred

      I use IE 7, there is no compatibility view for IE 7, I think.
