Hello,

The system is ECC 6.0

The dump details are as below :

The error occurred during an RFC call to another system.

In the target system, a short dump has been written as well.

More detailed information on the error cause can be found there.

What can you do?

Note down which actions and inputs caused the error.

To process the problem further, contact you SAP system

     administrator.

Using Transaction ST22 for ABAP Dump Analysis, you can look

at and manage termination messages, and you can also

keep them for a long time.

I am from level 1 and as per my knowledge there is no change done on the system recently.

Please guide further.

Hi Uday

1.  In your system memory & buffer parameters are defined right way?

2. If possible restart the full system and then check the same function

Hi Sriram,

I can see Generic buffer swaps to be 113 in st02.

The parameter values are as below :

Buffer Name              Comment

Profile Parameter      Value      Unit Comment

Generic key table buffer TABL

zcsa/table_buffer_area 1073741824 Byte Size of generic key table buffer

zcsa/db_max_buftab     200000          Max. number of buffered objects

Hi,

Also , from RZ20 , it is seen that

     Screen

         DirectoryUsed    42 %  , Green 10.08.2014 , 15:18:09

        SpaceUsed        95 %  , Yellow 10.08.2014 , 15:18:09

         HitRatio         100 % , Green 10.08.2014 , 15:18:09

         Swap             0 /min, Green 10.08.2014 , 15:18:09

and this is also sowing the same reason..the GENERIC KEY BUFFER SWAPS.

Share dev_ms and dev_w0.

Also, check your kernel and file system.

Did you made any changes to your system?

Also, tell us os/db Kernel and product details.
