Please help me with the below requirment
I would like to add additional information in the below screen for inbox
Like requestor name and Comapny code etc ..
I tried to use the POWL type as SAPSRM_IBO_FEEDER_WI to add the additional field ..in /SAPSRm/POWL_CUST
I also added in the structure mentioned in the below doc ..
Add the field in result list
If you also want to display the field in the result list is necessary to add it in the structure /SAPSRM/S_POWL_RESULT_SC_ITM. There is an include reserved for this purpose INCL_EEW_PD_SEARCH_HDR_CSF_SC

Please advise what should be done further as I do see the additional custom cols added to the user inbox and how I can pass the corresponding data values to it ?

I already have them added and able to see it on portal as well .
My question is I have to add these newly added fields as columns manually
refer to my screenshot on Aug 23, 2014 2:05 AM you would see the steps we are doing by clicking on add fields and then saving the layout etc ...
It is shown but only after these columns are manually added ...
Advise on how we could populate it automatically for all users ...

If you add fields and create a layout variant for admin query from POWL_query.
That layout is added for all users,
There is report POWL_d09 which will delete the default mapping for layout.
Please DO the steps again and run report powl_d01 and check report powl_D08 also.

In POWL as data is always cached, so after changes please run the report POWL_D01.
This should be the only issue if you have followed the steps in the document.

I have tried every time before I login by deleting entries there it still shows the same old-layout
for each user I have to manually go and make changes in the Settings
And add the extra columns manually and then " Save as " the new View layout
And only after that it works ...
Please could you advise ..on what I need to do ?
When I now login to through the user where I have made the settings it works ..
But when I login through any other user it does not work ..
Also in POWL_query for query ID IBO_INBOX_WI_QUERY I have tried to check the query layout and saved the new layout there ..in the layout varinat
But in the Layout field there was no search help so I manually entered " new1 "
Still it does not correctly come up . may you please guide me on what I am doing wrong ?

thats exactly what I have already done in POWL_QUERY maintained the layout = NEW 1 and also in the layout variant settings maintained the same fields etc which we needed .. please check the above screenshot in my last post but did not help ..
Not sure what was the reason but only when we maintain for each user in the portal manually by adding fields manually then it works .
Please advise if you are aware of something else.
