When i run the connectTest.bat to test the server am getting result like below?

The connectTest.bat result screen shot...

And when i try to start the server i go the information like the agentry server startup complete.

but in the startup logs there is an exception raising how do i correct that one... plz find the attached notepad for start up logs OR see below..

The highlighted are the error part.

Look at Agentry.ini  file settings for class path settings and java folder and application folder on the server side for the required jar files .

     Please ensure that the java path is set correctly and the necessary run time libraries are installed
