SOLMAN 7.0 - Audit log?

Hi All,

I wanted to know, if there's a way to know for example, who assigned an incident to a support person, or who changed the status of an incident, all in Solution manager 7.0.?

Hi Mathias,

you can check the log of ticket in the ticket itself..check below(Display the change history of a document)

Thanks for your answer.

You mean in transaction data? I cannot see for example "Assigned by" under transaction data.

Also I checked that document, went to "Actions" in SOLMAN, but I was not able to see who assigned me an incident for example.

Could you please clarify?

Hi Mathias

it is not under the transaction data

Please goto change history log of a ticket which is accessible from SAP menu

system will display a pop up where you will get this ...here goto message processor entered and shift towards right side...to see who did this in USER column

Do I need any special permission?

Cause if I go to "Goto" button I only see "back" option.
