ChaRM 7.1 SP10: User dropdown in Create transport request dialog

Hi all,

In our ChaRM 7.1 SP10 system, the user dropdown in the Create transport request dialog box does not return any users in the search, even though users are set up in our Development client. The same behavior occurs when using an ID with SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW access in both the ChaRM client and the Development client, so it does not appear to be a question of authorization.

Does anyone know what could be causing this? All other functionality works fine. Perhaps a "rogue" RFC?

We implemented note 1987369 in our system and that corrected the problem. It is marked for non-ABAP systems, but it worked for our ABAP system as well.

Hi Lori,

whether BP is generated for the managed system user.

Also check whether the Managed system Read RFC is working fine.

Thanks for the quick response, Karthik. The Business Partners are not an issue, and I'm getting some warnings on the Read RFC so I'm having Basis take a look.

I'll update this post with the results.
