Hi ,

If you are using CMBA/Java alerts then while creating the job in nwa just give your distribution mail id.

Hi All,

Thanks for all your replies.

The problem was solved by discussing with Basis people.

The Group id was created for that id one user has created and maintained in fixed recipients

Hi Ravi,

Ask SAP Basis guys to create ine user for the distribution list.

once they provide the user add it in the fixed recepients in ALRTCATDEF tcode.

it will work.

Try out the following option:

- Create a user in PI (su01).

- Edit the users information and in Communication "Email Address" provide the DL name

- Create Alert category

- In "Fixed Recipients" assign the user.
