Dear experts:
I assigned the Method CCMS_Send_Alert_to_ALM_V2 as auto-reaction method to send CCMS Blocked Queues the ALM in XI. I also created an alert category with dynamic text option.
The alerts are triggered every time a queue gets blocked and is passed on to the RWB Alert Inbox, but there is no short or long text!
On the other hand when I activate maintenance functions in RZ20 (CCMS Monitor) and manually trigger the method by choosing Edit - Nodes - Start Methods - Start Auto reaction Methods, the alert get triggered and the short and long text show up in the Alert Inbox.
Any idea why it won't work automatiocally?
We are on PI 700 Level 10.
