Alert Category Dynamic Text does not show up for Queue alerts from CCMS

Dear experts:

I assigned the Method CCMS_Send_Alert_to_ALM_V2 as auto-reaction method to send CCMS Blocked Queues the ALM in XI. I also created an alert category with dynamic text option.

The alerts are triggered every time a queue gets blocked and is passed on to the RWB Alert Inbox, but there is no short or long text!

On the other hand when I activate maintenance functions in RZ20 (CCMS Monitor) and manually trigger the method by choosing Edit - Nodes - Start Methods - Start Auto reaction Methods, the alert get triggered and the short and long text show up in the Alert Inbox.

Any idea why it won't work automatiocally?

We are on PI 700 Level 10.

HI,

see SAP Notes – 804124, 807000

SXI_CACHE -> Goto -> Adapter-Engine-Cache" and delete the old Adapter Engine cache entries.

There is no problem in the adapters. I am not getting dynamic text populated for the alerts.

How did you configure this in the first place? I would like to know how you did it (step by step?). I need to do the same configuration.
