Get Characteristics Values (Infoobject) in Alert Notification Emails

Hi

Does anybody have any information on how to include infoobject values in a alert notification.

What the are required settings to be done in message profile etc

Any inputs in this regard are highly appreciated

Hi Vijay,

The first thing that I would try is to get the Infoobject in the Alert Monitor. Check the following SAP documentation to find a Macro:

If this does nor help, yuo will probably need to make a custom program.

Then, once you get the Alert in an Alert Profile /SAPAPO/AMON_SETTING, use t-codes /SAPAPO/AMONMSG and /SAPAPO/AMONMSG_SEND.
