Repeating a message M0940

I have a unusual scenario. The user has created a customs document and the customs have replied back with I2400 message. The export accompanying document which we say ABD is received, but the E0010 and I2410 message is not triggered. Now, the user accidentally processed M0940 message again. Now the document has gone to an incomplete stage with the message saying "Registration number already exists". Now even after Seeburger processing i2410 and e0010 message, it is not appearing in the document as it is incomplete.

My assumption is if the new M0940 is deleted or made inactive in some way, the problem would be solved. But i do not know how. Kindly somebody guide me in this.

Hi Aravind,

Sorry for a late response.  Actually your question is not very clear to me, and I wonder if you could structure it by event (what happened, in what order)?  For example:

1. User sent message M0940 to Customs system.
2. Customs system replied with message Innn..?, etc.

Please also confirm which Legal Regulation you are referring to, and what 'ABD' means - thanks.
