GRC Access request Escalation issue

Hi,

The request is not escalation.
I configurated the MSMP stage (step 5)(1 minute for escalation) and select the agent for escalation, but not work.

My sistem is GRC 10.0 SP 15

Hi,

this might seem stupid, the only reason I can think of is either the workflow was not activated or the escalation was not set up via the Modify button.

I know there are 2 places to set up escalation. One is thru the Modify Task Settings and the other is Modify. Some people do it in one of them only.

I typically do it in both places cos I suspect sometimes setting it up in one of them only does not work.

What happens to the request after 1 minute? Is there anything reported within your request Audit Log?

Did you save the changes and activate the MSMP workflow again?

After 1 minute, the request remains pending and no scaling.

Any chance of sharing the screenshot of the audit log? also a screenshot of your settings would be useful.

Hi,

did you created a dedicated path for escalation?

You need to have it in place in order to effectively maintain escalation.

Good point above, let us know if you have set the escalation to a specific stage Or any other setting. In the beginning a agent was mentioned.
