SAP Note 1275036 for CHARM

We are applying the "SAP Note 1275036 - Linking action execution and status change" for change requests (CHarm), but when the state changes of the requests, no notification is generated.

This SAP Note can be applied to CHarm?

Hi Yamile,

You can configure an action and schedule it for your transaction type in the Service desk or charm

check below document

it has all the step by step procedure and the only difference would be the transaction type which can be ZMCR or ZMHF etc for your case.
