Pricing error: Mandatory condition UTXJ is missing Message no. V1801

I am getting this error even after having condition type UTXJ maintained in customizing. How do I solve this?

Whenever you post any query and expects some assistance from SCN, please ensure that you provide as much information as possible and avoid posting in one line and conclude that others would understand your issue.

Coming to your query, where is the issue?  In Sale Order or Billing?  Nevertheless, check in condition tab after clicking the Analysis button and maintain the missing combination in condition record. 

Finally, before posting, please search the forum or Google it with the same text so that you will find this topic has been discussed many times.  Take the inputs from there and try on your own.  Still if you face any issue, update here.

Ankur,

UTXJ is the tax condition type in SAP that links the pricing to a third party tax system to obtain the tax rates for the sales order. Typically the condition record is maintained for this as 100%.

Check in your analysis tab if the condition record has been picked up by the System. If not please maintain that and try.

Else there could be an error in the interface between SAP and the third party system while making the RFC call. Check with the basis team to see if the connectivity is fine.
