Hi all :

I have a problem with ID cache update on PI 7.0. I change some configretion on ID and active them .

I check some issues on cache notification ,the update status is red (not yet start ) or yellow (strated).

I refresh status for cache ,the status is not any update .

I update the CAPcache , but the status is waiting and then no responseable .

Please give me a hand , what can i do for solve this issue .

Thanks a lot

Hi,

We faced a similar issue like this..!

Perform a full Cache refresh in order to solve that issue, if the problem still persists then go for a "Java Engine/PI System" restart then it works.

Once talk to the Basis folks and perform the Full Cache Refresh.

Regards,

Sateesh.

Hi Wang,

You do the full or delta Cache Refresh with PIDIRUSER or user with the same roles you need to check roles also.
