Normal Change ZMMJ in ITSM

Hello everyone,

i have faced with some problem.

in solman 7.1 i created transaction like below ZMRQ->ZMCR->ZMMJ in ITSM, but now i cant find it in ITSM, now it only available in sap gui thru tcode crm_dno_monitor.

i've checked transaction ZMMJ, mapping from SMMJ, authorization but still cant work with ZMMJ thru WEB UI. need some advises.

hi

there are my view that, you might be missing some of the settings,

1. make sure you have assigned the business roles like solmanpro assigned.

2. also check the auth objects like crm_ord_pr , check out http://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/SMAUTH/CRM_ORD_PR

3. have you added the process in dno_cust04 under the paramete change_request_new, process_type_Add

4. if not could you please try the way suggested by Raquel here

thanks for answer, all this checks i've done before.

Problem was solved by updating transaction type ZMMJ in report AI_CRM_CPY_PROCTYPE.

Hi Anto,

Check the change document(ZMCR) in the Rfc(ZMCR) screen  of sm_crm screen.

Search the ZMCR change document number in the sm_crm screen.
