how to show display in root cause?

Hi Victor,

Problem should be with extractors.

Refer:

Workload Analysis - No applicable data found - SAP Solution Manager Setup - SCN Wiki

Goto: Extractor FWK Administration and check for active extractors.

Hi Divyanshu,

Check the SCN Wiki and the test it´s ok,

RFC´s ok

EFWK Resource Manager Job ok

Extractor is green

Make sure the RFCs are established in transaction SOLMAN_SETUP -> "Managed System Configuration" it´s green.

Diagnostics setup re-execute the all activities.

Check the links No Applicable Data Found & No Data Found at RCA but the problem persist.

You have 38 RED extractors.

Did you check those 38 ?

Check this wiki: EFWK_SETUP - Technical Operations - SCN Wiki

Try to troubleshoot as per the guide lines.

Also check relevant job logs.
