OVERRIDE_EVENT_OIF is not triggering

Hi Guys,

I am facing an issue with FPM_OIF_COMPONENT. I have already implemented the interface IF_FPM_OIF_CONF_EXIT in my custom component. But the method OVERRIDE_EVENT_OIF is not triggering. I know that for this I need to declare AppCC to FPM. However I am not being able to do it. My sap system has just been upgraded. Prior to this upgrade I used to go follow the below path which was there above heirarchy in left side.

Change->Global settings.

This option is however not there after upgrade.

We have something called General settings now. However when I click on it nothing happens.

Need help boss. Its urgent.

Note : when I click General setting nothing happens. I do not see Floor plan seetings.

I have already checked that. It's of no use.

Could it be a SAP bug. May be we need to raise an OSS note otherwise howcome you guys can avail the option (general settings->floorplan settings) and I cannot do it in my system
