Hi prasenjit,
You can make the rfc calling user id to be the same as logon id by creating your JCO <MODELDATA_DEST> with User Aunthentication = Ticket
and <METADATA_DEST> with user/ Password.
Details:
You have 4 steps in JCO Creation/Edit:
1)General Data
2) Message Server
3)Security -
Set Used Method ---> Ticket (for <MODELDATA_DEST> )
4)Summary

Login into Portal -
Open Content Administration -
> Click on Web Dynpro
Open in the left side you have Tabstrip--> Deployed content --> Browse to your
application -- open Application. Right side you will get Tabstrip. Open JCo
connections tab. Select the JCo DEST --> Click on Edit
in the third step You will get security attributes. There you can set Set Used Method ---> Ticket (for <MODELDATA_DEST> )
Remember : Before this SSO should be configured for Portal and the R/3

Hi Prasenjit,
Do User Mapping between Portal user and R/3 system user.
