Move Inventory with mobile data entry - RF initiated

Hi All

     Is it possible for WH maintenance that inventory movement ( move article bin to bin ) initiated from RF ( mobile ) ?? ( without first create TO in SAP GUI ).

     We think it will save time a lot when WH PIC with RF handheld can do it on the spot.

Hi Funata,

As far as standard SAP are concern we don't have any standard RF transaction where we can initiate th e Bin to Bin from RF device.

You need to develop a Custom transaction in RF if you are looking for this

This is a very popular question, since this transaction is always needed if you have RF devices.
We can call it a standard development.

Do you have storage unit management in your WM, also do you have HU management?

You should basically make something like LT01, for RF.

My advice is to create a t-code where you scan a SU number (or material / batch),
and then specify the destination bin for the relocation.

Make it work by two scans, with autoEnter enabled on your RF devices, will be so quick and easy t-code it will be a joy working with it...
