ITS Mobile - Enter key does not work when more than one field in the screen.

Hi ,

We are using industrial browser ‘Intermec’ in ‘Intermec CK71’ handheld device.

We have developed a custom transaction that is being executed from the RF Menu. The enter key on the handheld does not work when more than one field is in the screen. 

The enter key on the handheld does work when there is only one field in the screen. We have found the same issue in SAP standard transactions as well (ex. LM51). But this functionality is working fine in the SAP GUI and also in the web link.

We have checked old posts in this forum and tried with ‘MOBILE’ template style instead of ‘MOBILE4’ in the ITS Mobile html template generation. But it didn’t work.

Any suggestion would be very helpful.

In SICF, gui configuration --> remove ~SINGLETRANSACTION.
